I removed the regulator and put this away and recently discovered it. Likely a candidate for rebuilding as the slip rings are not perfectly smooth where the brushes wear them but they aren't really bad so could work as-is.
The diodes were good, not blown. The only thing wrong was the brushes wore down on the regulator Module.
I never keep bad stuff so this could be something someone wants to use, the dual pulley is in place too.
