I own a 1987 190e 2.3 16v. Recently I changed the wheel and tyre setup from original to 8.5x17 OZ wheels with 235/45/17
Potenza tyres. I have noticed that the tyre on the driver side ( right hand drive ) is wearing on the outer edge very quickly around the circumference of the tyre. Also the passenger side tyre is wearing on the circumference but on the inner edge !!!!!! HELP....what is the problem and how can I cure it. Thanks in advance for your help guys. |

sounds like an alignment issue to me. I would suggest that you get a 4-wheel alignment
Thanks, Luke

Just Checking, but I thought the tire size should be 235/40/17?
Just thought I would throw that out there.
