How to get W202 '98 C280 wheels to fit a W124 '94 E320?

I bought an excellent set of machine finish wheels with tires from a 1998 C-class but they contact the caliper when I try to install them on a 1994 E320. What size spacer do I need and what about longer wheel bolts?

IIRC..

I sold a set to a 124 owner, and he told me they ended up working, but he needed different bolts (either longer or shorter, can't remember)
