I NEED SOME INFORMATION CLEARED UP SO I CAN PUT SOME 16s ON MY BLUE BENZ BOX. THERE ARE THREE POINTS:
1.) ET / OFFSET - 15mm OR 25mm?
2.) LUG SPACING - 5 X 112mm?
3.) 6" TO A 7.5"? - IS IT POSSIBLE AND SAFE?
I KNOW THAT THERE IS ALMOST NO PERFORMANCE AVAILABLE FOR THIS CAR, BUT I WOULD LIKE BETTER LOOKING WHEELS AND SPRINGS. ANY AND ALL HELP WOULD BE NICE(NOBODY HAS BEEN ABLE TO VERIFY INFORMATION). I WANT TO MAKE SURE THE UPGRADE FROM A 14 x 6 WHEEL TO A 16 x 7.5 IS POSSIBLE BECAUSE THE INNER REAR WHEEL HOUSING LOOKS CLOSE AS DOES THE FRONT TIE RODS FOR CONTACT REASONS. I AM LOOKING AT THE 5 HOLE REPOS WITH 205/55/16.

I do not know if this has been answered privately, but I would love to know the answer, too.

205/55-16 works fine with the w123 chassis, as a matter of fact you can use a 225/50-16 in the rear.

Thanks, Luke
