Mercedes W123 14" Alloy Wheel Differences

I have run across a W123 car that was a european pickup when new. The wheels on it are KBA40540 that have a sharper outer edge like you would see on a 15" Bundt. Far as I know this car was delivered new with the wheels, I thought the traditional Mercedes 14" Bundts were always the std. deliver wheel.
Has anyone else seen these wheels from factory?
