Sorry I haven't been responding for a while, been real busy with work and everything.
I finally have the cash built up to do so, so I was wondering what would be the best upgrade. I plan on keeping my 15x6 for snow wearing 195/60/15 because I think the stock 185/65/15 sucked, and adding snow tires in that size would definitly make it worse. I am thinking about an upgrade using the 16x7 SLK rims (ET 37) and am not sure weather I should go with 205/50/16, 215/50/16, or 225/45/16. I am definitely going to have the fenders rolled, but the car will also be lowered via H&R or Eibach and I will adjust the pads accordingly to the tire I choose. However, I am also wondering about an upgrade using 17x7.5 with 215/40/17, 215/45/17, or 225/40/17 or 17x8 using 235/40/17. Now My first preference would be to see if the 17x8 with 235/40/17 would fit even if I had my fender's rolled, and if they did rub would it be in the front, rear, or both. Would a staggered setup be work?!?! If so, is it worth it, or should I just go with 225/40/17 on the 17x7.5 with the suspension lowered?!?! I am deciding on: 235/40/17: Bridgestone Potenze RE 730 ($138), Yokohama AVS Sport ($164), Dunlop SP SPort 9000 ($199) 215/45/17: Dunlop SP Sport 9000 ($129) 215/40/17: Yokohama Parada ($112), Dunlop SP Sport 9000 ($159) 225/45/16: Yokohama A520 ($116), Dunlop SP Sport 9000 ($180) 215/50/16: BFGoodrich Comp TA VR4 ($62), BFGoodrich g-force T/A KDW ($103) 205/50/16: Bridegstone Potenze RE730 ($97), Dunlop SP Sport 9000 ($155) Winter Tires: 185/65/15: If I did go with these, then - Bridgestone Blizzak MZ-02 ($71) 195/60/15: Michelin Pilot Alpin ($88) Now that I have listed everything, I hope I come up with a decision soon.
