Strange Low Speed Vibration

I can feel a strange vibration through the steering wheel. It is most noticeable when I am going slow. It kind of goes thrumb…thrumb…thrumb… and as I go faster it evens out and you can hardly notice (but still their slightly as an even constant vibration). It does not seem to affect the steering or stopping and there is no noticeable sound just the feeling through the wheel. I just had it visually inspected and there is no noticeable problem.

I had a wheel alignment done… No Change
I put my other set of Rims (and winter tires) Freshly balanced … No change

98ML 320 I have 168,000KM on the OD. It’s just off extended warranty go figure

any Ideas?
