Took my ML320 in for the balancer repair and they replaced the balancer and also performed the power steering hose replacement, which was a previous recall item that I had really already fixed myself with a better clamp.
The interesting thing was that there was apparently no attempt to determine if my balancer was one of the two part numbers that were the only problem parts in this item group -- per the letter from Mercedes to dealers that was posted on the Forum. This dealer is just replacing them ALL ... making out like a bandit on the recall .... I wonder what "Mother Mercedes" thinks of this? I did like the fact that I could have it all done while I waited; about an hour and a half -- instead of having to leave the car and arrange pickup trips.
