HI, i have a 2000 ml320 and when i bought the car i didn't get the owners manual with it so i don't know how to reset the oil change clock or that little computer that tells you how many miles to oil change. I changed my oil about 2000K ago and the clock is noe showing -1300K. Please if any one knows the step by step procedure , reply as fast as possible. thanks

service reset

1 Turn electronic key in the steering lock position 2
2 Within 4 seconds, press button "O" twice, (button on speedometer on left side)
3 Note! The present status for days or distance is displayed.
Within 10 seconds, turn electronic key in steering lock to position 0
4 Press and hold down "O", while turning electronic key in steering lock to position 2. The present status for days or distances is displayed once more. Keep holding down button"O"
Note! After approx. 12 seconds a signal beep sounds and the display will show 10,000 miles or 15 000 km for other countries
5 Release button "O"
be sure all doors are closed

Next time you reset, try it with the drivers door open, on the ML I don't believe it matters.

Should really try to snag a manual on eBay or from MB, lots of features on the truck you may not even know about.

owners manuals

i have most owners manuals for mercedes 1990 and newer, they are in PDF format, some can be emailed, and some have to be put on a disk and sent in the mail. if you need one ask i may have it. no 126,201,107,123, some newer 124.
make an offer reasonable offers accepted, shipping is always $3.85
