Since I've never dealt with the man business-wise but have talked to him on occasions, I cannot comment on his service or lack thereof. However, I do find it curious that one would register, resurrect a seven year old thread that would've had to have been dug up out of the rotten gore of the crypt and then post one's displeasure in their first post. Not sure I'd be that dedicated even if I wanted to disparage someone here. I'm glad you feel better but forgive me for pointing out my suspicions.
