2001 ml320 code P0173 - PeachParts Mercedes-Benz Forum

I have a 2001 ml320, the check engine light keeps coming on. Went to autozone, had the code read. It was P0173. They cleared it out and everything was fine for a couple of weeks. The light has came on again, and has gone off again on its own. But i noticed it would come on after a hard acceleration, but not immediately. I may drive 5 miles before it comes back on. Is it the MAF sensor I keep reading about? Thanks for any help

it is possibly the sensor as you said, the code PO173 defines as (P0173 Fuel Trim Malfunction Bank 2)
before you replace any costly parts i would suggest a proper diagnosis by a reputable mercedes shop in your area.

looks like it was the maf sensor.
