New ML500 owner needs help. PLZ

Hi Folks,

I just picked up my First benz ever and i was hoping to get some advise on a few problems i am experiencing.

At idle, there seems to be a slight tremble in the engine. Nothing huge but still noticeable. All 16 plugs have been replaced with oem bosch.

Slowing down to a complete stop, when i'm just about to get there, the engine/tranny jerks forward like it slipped into gear. It doesn't happen all the time and usual when i'm getting off the freeway.

Cruising at speeds over 35 mph, i get a humming noise coming from the rear. Pressing on the gas will create the noise and sound will not resonate unless its getting gas. Read about the TSB on the fuel filter and that has been changed but was not the cause. it almost sounds like it's resonating from the exhaust.

Both remote transmitters on the 2 keys i got do not work, tried "synchronyzing" them via the manual but does not work.

Any and all help or input is greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys.

2002 ML500 78K miles

I get that too...but usually when the A/C is on and the compressor is cycling.

The key position in the ignition is VERY important for this procedure to work.
