Remote & Power lock

I own a 98 ML320, 60Kmiles. Like 2 weeks ago, the power locks quit working. It'll activate and deactivate the alarm, but it wont unlock the doors, and i can't unlock it using the boton at the console. Any one have any idea of what may the problem be?
