Can I use Mobil 1 75W90 gear oil in the front and rear differentials for a '99 ML 320? I did a search and did not see a direct answer to this question.

Yes, that is a good fluid!... Any GL-5 rated oil 80W-90 or SAE 90 will work..
Both differentials are OPEN...
