02 320 navigation?

We just bought a 02 320, it has an indash cd player and the cd changer.
When i select Nav it displays Nav not installed. Does this mean that it has no Navigation installed or does it mean i need to load a Navigation cd.
We did not get a Nav cd with the truck.
