I have a intermittent trouble when I start my ml320. Once every 3-4 weeks when I cold start it the idle is rough and has no power when I put it in drive, but if I turn it off and back on it's fine. Whats the trouble?

Have you had a MAJOR service on your truck??. IF not then it is OVERDUE..

Fuel filter is the most likely starting point.
