1999 ML430 Parking Brake

Does anyone have a diagram of the parking brake cable routing/rear parking brake layout on a 199 ML430 from the WIS? Since the parking brake foot pedal has no tension on it, and there is a new, mysterious rattling sound coming from the rear axle, I suspect that my girlfriend's son managed to break the cable by setting the brake too hard .

My bootleg copy of the WIS was on my hard drive that crashed last month, so I can't check for one there. If anyone has a diagram so that I can figure out where things might go/what parts might be broken, I would appreciate it. Thanks.

Thank you very much

Exactly what I needed. Now I just have to throw all the trash (excuse me, important items that we HAVE to keep) out of the garage at the new house so I have a flat surface to work on. Gawd, I hate moving....
