Hi, I have a 98' ML320 that I love!! Last week I went to start it and it turned over and died, wouldn't run. Took it to the Benz dealer in town and he said that the "computer didn't recgonize the key" well to make the long story short this has happened to the previous owner and I'm down to the LAST key. I really don't understand this, and what are my options?

Sounds like you may have to get a new AAM soon and I think they are expensive.

Unfortunately that isn't an uncommon problem..

The AAM is the least $$$ part of that problem...many times the ME-SFI fuel computer requires replacement as well.
