Stuck ABS Pump Relay -> Pump Burnout?

I have 00' ML320 and last night the same thing happened to me - the pump stayed running after engine off and car even locked. Disconnected battery to stop it. I'll pick-up a new relay today as a precautionary measure.

My pump ran for a good couple hours. Any damage to occur to an ABS pump for running this time?

Gilly? M.B Doc? Bueller? Bueller??? Any input appreciated...
