1999 ML 430 - Passenger side night lights don't work

The passenger side night lights rear and front on my 1999 ML430 do not get any voltage . All other lights ( Brake, reverse and turn signal) work fine. The Bulbs and and fuse are fine.
I checked the voltage input to the rear bulb and it measures 0.5 - 0.6 volts vs 13 volts on other bulbs on the same socket.
Any ideas as to why there is no voltage to thiese specific lights ?
Cheers
Sid
