Help!
I have a 2002 ML320 with 90K miles on it. The rear seat AC Fan has a mind of it's own. It turns on seemingly at random even when we have the rear passenger compartment ventilation and rear passenger climate control turned OFF.
It has drained the battery once already.
Anyone out there have any experience in this area?
What's my next move?

Most likely the blower regulator for that system isn't obeying commands.

MB part number 220-830-92-10...mb lists for $214.

Is this something I can replace with simple hand tools? or do I need to open a vein for the local MB dealer?
