Suspension flat; blown fuse

my 2007 R350 is leaning towards the passenger side
I'm going to a Foreign Auto Tech mechanic, I don't wanna get taking advantage of/overcharged.
So,
to my knowledge I needa have my fuse(s) replaced being as they've never been replaced.
Once that's done and if my R350 passengerSide-air suspension doesn't rise,
then I'll proceed to further troubleshoot other possible malfunctions.
