ML Tow Package...
Hey Everyone,
I have searched and found lots of info on tow receivers for my ML55 but I want to get the wiring harness. Does anyone make an aftermarket wiring harness for the break, indicator and turn signal lights that plugs into the factory plug? Thanks! Adam

I bought an adaptor for $10 at Home Depot. Looks like this: http://www.jcwhitney.com/7-way-rv-trailer-plug/p2016611.jcwx?TID=8014524FT2&zmam=15972153&zmas=21&zmac=165&zmap=26791G

I talked with FastLane Phil today and he says Mercedes discontinued making the harnesses back in 2006

The factory wiring harness is "stupid" expensive. I installed my Bargman 7-way plug plus a flat four plug as well and spliced the wires where needed and ran the 12v lead directly back to the battery thus bypassing any need for the factory harness are tying in the fuse/relay box. That was 9 years ago and they both still work great.
