98 ML320 Belt Tensioner Replacement

Hi Group,
Well, it appears my belt tensioner pulley bearings failed and caused the serp belt to the burn up and fail. Does the pulley get replaced or is it the while tensioner assembly that gets replaced. I've priced the whole thing and know what to expect to pay.
