a couple years ago i offered the fella 22... i think... for the green diesel in the the pics. looks nice.

id likely buy that before i bought a nice 90's 463 and did a conversion. . . .

but i wont do that either.

Sadly one day he'll just have to come to terms with the fact that he's going to have to take a loss on it.

If he waits much longer the 25 year import restriction will kick in and it will fall in value even further.
