ML320 3rd brake light

The 3rd brake light cover won't stay attached. The entire rear interior panel seems quite loose at the top. Does anyone have a diagram on how it's held in place with fasteners so I can re-attach?

Not sure if you are having trouble with the interior colored cap that goes over the assembly in your picture or the assembly you are showing taped down. In my case, the beige cap (that matches the rest of the plastic interior parts) would not stay in place. I used silicone (sparingly) to cement it in place. Haven't had to remove it to service the third brake light, but don't anticipate I'll have trouble removing it when I do.

Thanks, yes the colored cap keeps falling off, but also the entire interior (plastic) cover that hides the whole hatch door is loose at the top. Normally (on other vehicles) it's held in place with disposable plastic tabs, but wanted to verify before I pull it off and re-attach. generic pic below:
