ML 430/320 size = what other car?

I could find and sift through dimensions but this could be quicker. I'm also guessing the ML 320 and ML 430 are the same body correct?

99 ML 430 size = ?

The choices are.

Full size Chevy Blazer / Tahoe

Mid size Dodge Dakota

Small size S-10 Blazer / Trail Blazer

Thanks

The ML320 & ML 430 are the same size truck.

Slightly larger than a small Blazer

I would say it's a little bigger than the S10 blazer 4 door, maybe not quite as large as the Trailblazer, my wife owned both of these. I do miss the Trailblazer, that thing really hauled "the mail", so to speak. Great turning radius on it too, unbelieveable how tightly that thing turned for it's size.

The 320 and 430 are the same body, except in the early versions the 430 had body-painted bumpers, mirrors, and side modings where the 320 were all black mirrors and gray bumpers and moldings.

I currently own both a 99 ML 320 and a 99 Lexus RX 300. They are nearly identical in size.

Thanks.

The ML in question is a 99 420 with a dealer verified bad trans, 170 K miles. They are asking 3,000 but that is way too close to the 5,000 that running ones seem to be selling for in the local market. To me it is a 1,000 car.

I did not like my 2003 ML 350. It was an Insperation edition so it had "upgraded" seats. It had an uncomfortable sitting position and a cheap plastic gas pedal that ruined the driving experience. Felt like I was driving a bus. Gas pedal motion was not smooth and made it imposible to make slight speed changes. I replaced the whole mechanism to no avail. Stock radio was a POS too. constantly auto adjusted the volume.

It is commom for the tranny fluid to leak through the wireing and fry the computer. If the tranny is busted, I would not be surprised if the computer was fried also.

Worst car I have ever owned. Even worse than my 1974 mustang II.

It was a safe car, I have to give it props for that.

I'd buy a lexus if I was in the market for that type car again.

I have only bought one motor on line and that was for Saab, I got it from LQK. It turned out to be a good buy.

Good luck
