2002 ML 320 Mass Air Flow Sensor Problem

I have a problem with a 2002 ML 320. The car stalls when accelerating from a stop. The computer sets a po0104 code or mass air flow vane sensor. I tried a mass air flow sensor from another car and the same problem is present. I want to check the wires between the computer and the sensor. Not sure where to find a wiring diagram? Here is some relevant history. The car has 177000 miles with both left and right catalytic converters replaced. The left hand one at 133,000. The right one within 1000 miles. The care was just tuned up. The crankshaft position sensor was replaces at 122,000 and the ohms check good at 850 ohms. Not sure where to go from here?
Thanks John
