Unhappy Do any of you guys have problems this problem with the window frame??

Hay guys.

I have just notice the black plastic covers that is located on the outside of the piller between the front window and rear window had wrinkles on them. I don't think it was there when it was brand new.

I just want to know if any of you guys had this problem and was the dealer successful in dealing with this problem.

This is on the ML. Maybe it is time to take the ML in again. The passanger mirror is not heated again (or they did not fixed it the last time when I was there).

This is why I need two mercedes because one is always in the shop, ha, ha, ha.

ben

Interesting idea

interesting idea indeed, chrome molding? Have you tried to use masking tape while you waxing, and clean them with peanut butter? Sorry, never tried that though, but wax on rubber is never a problem for me.

Take care.

I've had to replace those black decals on only a couple of ML's, the ones on the B pillar.
On the rubber moldings, our detail department uses products that are intended for use on tires, I think one is called "Wesleys Bleche White"? Just soak the corner of a rag with it. Works good on tires too I guess. Just cleans them and makes them really black, not a "shine up" sort of stuff.

I use

If u can't find gilly's product.. I use the Meguiars "ENDURANCE" shine actually meant for tires.. this product really works it makes your worn dry tires look shiny and colorful for showroom quality! I used it on the mouldings and they look great! try it =P its only $10 cheap but of course don't use the sponge on your tires and your mouldings! cuz your tires are super dirty hehe
