Ml 320 running and surging when stopped in drive

My ml 320 is surging or running rough or vibration when foot on the brake in drive only.Not in nuteral or reverse when foot on the brake.Only in drive and foot on the brake vibration,surging is there an issue with the abs or vacuum.Not sure no lights or codes.
