Ml 320 part help A163 47600232 Egr vapor canister shutoff valve broken

Well I was removing the plastic fuel vapor shutoff valve and snapped the line off the filter on my 2002 ml 320.Apparently Mercedes doesn’t make this part any longer.A1634760232 any ideas on compatibility or a lead for one
