I have a turbo leak coming from the exhaust side. See attached picture, I have a flat screw driver pointing at the source of the leak. My turbo sounds like a whistle when give it throttle. Any help will be appreciated.

Remove the turbo and look for black soot marks showing where air is escaping, or start it cold and spray soapy water to id if its leaking from a flange, SHOULD BLOW BUBBLES
