Grill chnages for 2002 ML
My Aunt has a 2002 ML, it is not the top of the line but probably the entry level one/least expensive. She asked me if I could chnage the grill to make it look like the ML 500, with the chrome strips. Unfortunately I am not familiar with the ML's at, all I only know the passenger MBZ cars. What is required to facilitate this chnage, can it even be done? Are there any pictures of what the old & new look like??
Thanks!! |

Your aunt has a ML320. To see the ML500, go to the MBUSA.com site and click om the ML500 chapter. Many many people have done the conversion. I understand there is a chrome strip you can buy and paste on the ML320's grille to make it look like a 500. Alternatively, it's very easy to remove the 320 grille and replace it with a 500 grille. In my opinion, the 320 grille looks better tha the 500's, especially in the darker color trucks.

performance sells the grill. I looked at it and personally I like the original. If I ever need a new grill, maybe but would not spend the $$ for such a minimal upgrade. Now the bumper is another story....very nice.

I'd get the grill upgrade if I could get the cool hood with the dual "bulges" on it!
To keep the ML320 from being a wanabee...the Kleemann upgrade! ![]() ![]() ![]()
