Angry Need Help Removing ML320 Rear Strut

Does anyone know how to remove the top three nuts on the rear strut of a ML320? Is there a access panel from the cabin, requiring the removal of some interior pieces? There simply is not enough room between the body shell and the frame. Do the technicians lift the body off the frame to get access. Any help would be appreciated.

Nope, just alot of hard work and determination, no need to lift the body.
I hoist the truck and remove the spare tire (the trucks, not mine!).
Get it at the right height for you so you can stand up in front of the spare tire rack with the rack hanging open. Then you will be able to get at least 2 off on each side without too much trouble. Have a good selection of 13mm wrenches, especially have one or two good "offset" 13mm to break them loose, they're not that tight usually. Then you can usually get them off using either 3/8" or 1/4" drive ratchets and shallow sockets. The worst one seems like it's always the one on the drivers side more towards the front of the truck. What works best here is one of these wrenches that have come out with in the last few years that have a ratcheting box end. The best one for this is the kind that has an offset, which will also have the little "reverse" feature to it, although I get by with one with no offset which has no reverse (reverse attained by flipping the wrench over).
