Clunking/creaking torsion bars

Has anyone had experience installing the isolation plate to fix the known torsion bar problem. I have read instructions for using silicone spray to temporarily alleviate the squeak but crawling under the car every few weeks is not a great prospect.

Here is a link to what I'm referring to
http://www.4x4abc.com/ML320/ml320_torsions.html

Specifically I'm looking for parts number and instructions if available. any help is appreciated. Since my car is out of warranty I will try to tackle this problem myself first.

The darn thing is getting louder and basically creaks or clunks all the time. It's embarassing.

grease the whole thing again...

First time I complained about it they changed the torsion bar mounts (I can't remember the name exactly) since they were craked. I make it quiet for a year then a few weeks ago. I took it to the dealer with the same simptoms and they removed the torsion bars and greased every joint and crany around there, also the swaybar bushings and other bits and pieces. Total was about $200, which is OK since I don't have the time to get under there and do it.

Now its amazingly quite, I love it...
