Does anyone know? or is there a better way to cut down on junk mail i.e. credit card offers, mailers, etc.?

Each time you get a solicitation call the number on the solicitaion and request to be removed from thier mailing list. I can not remeber the last time I got a credit card offer in the mail. Additionally you should get a copy of your credit report 2x's a year to make sure unauthorized accounts have been opened in your name.

We have both a P.O. box and a house box. Both get about the same amount of junk.
The answer to your question is "no".

Call 1-800-5OPT-OUT this will put a promotional block on your credit file, not only will junk mail decrease but it will give you a little bump on your credit score.

We got the P.O. box partly due to our credit fraud fiasco some of you have heard about(long story). We don't want anything of any importance being delivered to the house.
We just got our Equifax report the other day, and couldn't believe all the credit card companies poking their noses in our credit report. Was wondering if there's a way to slam the door on those idiots.

yes, i get way less junk mail; basically none.

and so true on the credit report. how does one stop them???
