I always push them up to my site and then call it up from there. Not sure you can load straight from your puter. I'll try one - nope can't do it. Maybe somebody else knows

When posting, look below the area you type. Under "Additional Options" look to the "Attach Files" box and click the "Manage Attachments" button. This brings a popup window that will allow you to choose your file and upload it.
