I'm a pro-life libertarian, or a constitutionalist.

That bill is hooey. I've heard it reported that something like 40% of women have misscarried and don't even know it.

Hear about the one last week where a 16 year old kid is being charged with the causing his girfriend to misscarry but hitting her in the stomach with a baseball bat over a two week period? She was fully complient in this and in fact may have convinced him to do it. She will not be charged with anything. However, he is going to juvie hall.

I say that as long as abortion is legal and it is up to only the mother, then child support is out the window. If the man has no say as to whether the child is born or not, then he has no rights.

If libertarianism means the right to life and property, yes.

That baby has the right to it's life.

I am pro-choice.....but the Father of the kid has rights......he will be expected to pay for it whether he wants it or not...........then he has some rights to say if its born or not.

are you refering to the literal definition of fascism or the association of fascism with nazism with regard to Pro-lifers?

Everything you disagree with seems to be fascism.

Everything you are blind to seems to be fascism.

None of which has much to do with reporting miscarriages, which no one could possibly term illegal or immoral, to law enforcement. We can guess the motivation behind this law is to try to establish the legal 'personhood' of fetuses by recording natural fetal deaths the way we do natural born-person deaths, but who knows what the motivation is for sure? Regardless of the motivation, it's an invasion of privacy and an abuse of someone who's already traumatized enough by the event itself.

So if its not on the DNC official agenda then its Fascist..........
