Take at look at Ghurka's vehicle. It's the old 'G' still being made in India. It has a turbo'd 616. I think the company name is Tempo.

Howdy Bobbyv,
The Unimog is not the Mog of the past. The U300/400/500 "Plastic Mog" is not the off roader that the old 404, 406/416's are. But the newer ones are still the most versatile truck in the world.

One thing I've observed is that most people who complain about a newly styled car are those who won't be buying it anyway regardless of how it was styled. So what's the point? There are many people who will buy this SUV. And now, this the third row seating that will be added to it, it will sell very well.

Sorry, but why do you keep posting this statement? I'm sure I've read it from you on another part of the forum! Or wasn't it you?

The problem is now in a few years when prices are more reasonable there will be no new (er) cars to buy used that have nice styling!!!!

The true problem is that just as there are people complaining of the styling, there are probably even more people who like it.

Your right, or Mercedes and all these other brands with rotten styling wouldn't be in business, because there still are a few models with nice enough styling--Jaguar XJ, Porsche 911 (997), etc.

Well see how the new S looks, I will defect to Jag if it doesn't look so great. I like the way MB designed the new E and CLS.
