Topics such as this make me happy I don’t watch much tv, but I do eat at Subway occasionally. Heck, you can loose weight eating nothing but ice cream. Doesn’t matter how you do it, the trick is to burn up more calories than you take in.

One commenter above said he saw an ad that was dumbed down. While I don’t doubt it, I remember in one of my journalism classes that the professor said that most popular communication, written, video, and audio, is targeted to about a 6th grade education….

The best line I heard about the “3 hour erection” “problem” was on Comedy Central in a blurb advertising D.L. Hughley’s new show. He said (approx.):

I was hearing on TV that if you use this stuff and have an erection lasting more than 3 hours, you should call a doctor. (long pause) I don’t know ‘bout ya’all, but I have an erection lasting more than 3 hours, Imo call a hooker.

But hey, on the TV debate – sure enough, it be loaded down with crap. On t’other hand, there’s the Daily Show which helps keeps me sane and saves the best clips of W that the mainstream press buries – there PBS with NOW, Frontlines, Nova, specials like the recent 3 pt. “Guns, Germs, and Steel.”

It’s a dangerous device all in all, but I swear it has sped up my edjoocayshun.
