It did.

Hey, I get to post what I did in the other again.

I think John Bolton is a fine choice. I certainly don't want a namby pamby, don't upset the apple cart ambassador. The UN has to be the most corrupt, innefective oranization there ever was. We need someone who is critical of them.

BW: Regarding filibusters.

If were going to do them, they have to be real filibusters. Stand up and argue your point until one side gives up. The Senate does not proceed on to other business and it stays in session until the filibuster stops.

THe lefties dicked around and denyed John Bolton his up or down vote...so the poweres that be took action..rightfully so.

We need a strong willed person to stand up to the thieves running the UN.

Yes, even at a time when the administration says it want to work more closely with other nations and rebuild ties . . . the best choice that they came up with was Bolton. If he remains the John Bolton of old . . . polarizes more nations with his apparent lack of diplomacy . . . he should be in line for another Medal of Freedom, don't you think?

Given the recent recipient's track record, we should just rename it the Medal for Malevolent Incompetance and Mediocrity...Bolton's a shoo-in

BHD, since you are the font of right wing knowlege . . . why hasn't the administration just said "addios" to the UN? Since we can't control and manipulate such a corrupt organization, why not just leave?
