I'm the first to say whatever a guy wants to do with his car is his business, and who am I to poke fun at anybody's mods. Different strokes for different folks, and some might puke when they see my bone-stock W124. But in all seriousness, I think it's sad that this guy potentially has an otherwise fairly reliable, basic transportation type of car that a bunch of people looking at the low end would jump at the opportunity to own. The reality is that the wing, decals, and wheels really hurt its resale value. I mean come on, someone looking for a commuter will cringe at the thought of pulling up to the office in it. Even a teenager could be asking for trouble pulling into the high school parking lot in it.

Double the price and you could be driving a nice tasteful good running Mercedes 190-E 16 valve!
Shameless, I know.....

C'mon guys! It's a pizza delivery car! And that's not a wing...it's a pizza warmer!

How embarrasing, that's the city in which I live. Oh well, it's a big place and there's no accounting for taste.
Anyone else suprised that a 15 year old Toyota with almost 200K on the clock is worth anything at all, let alone $1500 bucks - even before subtracting for the tasteless accoutrements. I wonder if the trunk will stay open. Shoot, I wonder if the trunk can even be opened without that monstrosity hitting the rear window. - JimY |

Shouldn't the fin be on the hood since its front wheel drive?
