Anybody else here an EI ?

Engineering Intern - Engineer in Training...
I just passed my FE exam (damn that was tough) and kinda wondered if anyone else here is in that track ? My degree is Mechanical Engineering Technology so it'll be 8yrs (in Ohio) before I can test for my PE license. My current job (which I'd like to stay in for 8 years) is electrical in nature so I guess that means I'd be an Electrical PE - Anyone else in my boat ? Is there any advantage to getting a PE license and an EE ?

or should I transfer to the mechanical department and get my PE as an Mechanical Engineer ? =)
