Saw an E55 wagon at the dealer the other day. Thats the bad boy of wagons, in black with some tints and some nice Brabus wheels it would look downright evil.

Just think Jeff the kids could sit in the thrid row seat and wave to the M3's and Z06's you are schooling.

realestate investing

here is the problem with realestate investing...

you can borrow 100k and you will have to pay 800 bucks as a payment.

you can buy a 100k house and rent it out... and your rent will be 800..

you can save up 100k and invest it and generally you can get 800 per month.
maybe 700.... Series I bonds will pay 6.99 % so that would be 700...


So to make it in realestate you must find a way around this trap... you either buy a foreclosure, or a fixer upper or something....
100k you pay 80k for it... your payment is 700 and your rent is 800...

another option is to buy something lower end... slum lording will also break you out of this mold...

I know where there is a 10k house earning 1200 dollars per month rent...
