So, you're proud of the David Koresh incident -- so proud that you want to use it as a template, is that right?

Did he do it? Commit murder?

Hey if Ruby Ridge and WACO justified summarily trying and exicuting people who were no threat then why should this AlQueda scum get a walk. At least he had his day in court. Thats something none of these other people were offered.

Do you believe that Ruby Ridge and Waco were handled poorly? If so, allow me to suggest that you shouldn't use them as examples of why it's OK to handle something else poorly.

Do you think somebody could conspire to do great evil and change his mind at the last second? Or is a person locked by a programmed destinty into a certain behavior?

Stupid government over-reaction justifies more stupid government over-reaction. Is that really the argument you want to make?

Ruby Ridge and WACO were handled so poorly people should have been arrested for violating the rights of the victims of the FBI. But we all know the FBI never even got a slap on the wrist,

On the other hand this AlQueda scum has had his day in Court...he has openly confessed to being a 9/11 conspiroter...and evidence that he was has been provided by the government.

There was nothing mishandled here..the only bad thing about a death sentance is solitary confinement with will mean he will be safe from a prison gang rape and getting his skull kicked in like Jeffery Dahmer got...

I believe people involved in a crime of this scope should be sentanced exactly as their conspirator friends would have been had they not died and were caught.

He never changed his mind...and he never volunteered to expose the plot before it came to happen.

Hang out with trouble makers and you will be condemed to the same fate. THat is what I firmly believe.

What technicalities...he was part of 9/11 every bit as much as OBL was...and every bit as guilty.

AFAIK, the only evidence of that boils down to the ravings of a lunatic. Have you read any of the transcripts or commentary on his testimony? We may as well burn him at the stake as a witch -- it would make just about as much sense. Trust me when I tell you he is about 100 IQ points short of being OBL...

That is completely in error.

OBL was central and integral to the event. It would not have happened had OBL not taken a direct role in it.

In contrast, the accused in this trial OBVIOUSLY was not a necessary part, else 9/11 would not have happened without him. It did happen without him, QED.

I think you are confusing fanatacism with insanity.

Whether or not he is or is not a lunatic is not germaine to this trial as neither the accused nor his defense nor the judge nor the prosecutor have ever questioned his sanity.

That's not true. The entire defense at this point as I understand it, is that the man should be spared the death penalty because he is a schizophrenic.
