I couldn't help but to think the same thing. You wonder what sort of changes take place with such a person over the years to come.
As for killing those who want to kill us, the Iraqis in question didn't come to our house to kill us, the 9/11 guys certainly, but these guys were, with very few exceptions I'll wager, very unlikely to come to the US to try to kill any of us.
