For a very brief moment I was hoping that you had posted a pocket rocket video...

Good luck with that. I think someone may report it as a terrorist activitiy nowadays.

I still have many of the rockets I built not too long ago. ITs cool to go out and launch one when you are bored. Too bad I live in a "developed" community, so I would probibally break something by launching one nowadays.

Wow that's much more advanced than the 110 Kodak film camera that was optional with the "D" motored rockets. Technology is cool.

Dah-yum, that would be fun. I was reading about drift distance and it took me back to the earlier technology we had to deal with as a kid. For awhile, the rage was home-made parachutes. You'd throw it up as high as you could, and out in the NM desert, updrafts would often catch it and you'd chase it for blocks. Sometimes, we'd have to hunt pretty hard for the damn things.

For some reason I couldn't get the video to play -- it kept saying I had to click on an "Active X" link on the page, which I couldn't find. Oh well.

I know you were probably kidding about the nudist colony but, FWIW, I used to live on one -- well not strictly speaking a nudist colony but a hot springs resort that was clothing optional. People would usually be dressed everywhere else, but around the pools, 98% were naked. Some hotties too, but after a while, it gets ho-hum, believe it or not. It got to where the occasional lady who was too modest to go naked would look REALLY hot in her bikini. Go figure.
