If this is the wrong forum for this, I apologize. Even if, please keep it here for a day or so. This is funny.
First glance, I hated it. Then I saw the back. Then I liked it. It has a certain charm that few would appreciate and that's why I like it. Buying it is another story.

i wouldnt mind having that.
the contintental kit would have to go though! that is just too much. i dont think i would pay more than the bid though. someone is definately not taking their medicine though. tom w

I would love to enter this in a Mercedes ...or a VW car show, sit in my chair and watch the expressions on the visitors faces. Priceless. another licence plate suggestion: BMW SUX or: IXLR8 CU Of course it survived Katrina. The damn things float.

Wow, it's up to 2 grand, and with a "rebuilt" title, whatever that is.
I think it's easier in states other then NJ to get something like that through. My 300TD failed NJ inspection once for "Toe-In". When I brought it in to be fixed, the guy was dumbfounded saying, they must have been scrounging for some reason to fail it, since it looked so nice and they couldn't touch it with any emission requirements. NJ is pretty hostile to anything older than 10 years unless it has QQ (antique) plates.
