We hosted our annual Independence Day bbq and have a lot of beer left over, yet the soft drinks (even the Pepsi ) disappeared as if New Coke was the only soda available starting today.
Not that I'm complaining about having a nice variety of beer for at least the next month, but wow.
Of course, we're keeping it cold, lest it get skunked. You gotta love an extra fridge in the garage.

Anyone else notice a more subdued trend? This isn't the first year.
