Taking a poll amoung Mercedes Benz drivers- if your preference is for large bodacious tata's ( Greaseman where are you?) would you care if they were real or implants?

I'll vote for YEAH. I must admit that fake ones really are pretty to look at... as long as there's no major scarring or anything like that.

I say "neah". From my experience, the fakes are much more firm and unnatural when it comes to feeling. However, I'm sure there are some nice fakes out there that had good work done:P Now if you're talking about older women... age 35+, then I may have to say fakes since by then most of women are starting to sag and saggy tits are not my thing.

No, but working with these things all day long I have found some women doing this procedure and their husbands/ boyfriends either love them or hate them. Mostly love em. So I just thought I'd check and see what you guys thought.

The silicone ones are only approved for certain cases, the FDA is still out on that one.

Several years ago, myself and a friend went to a club in Florida. The billboard outside said something like "Kristy Darling, 54-24-34". Kristy turned out to be about 5 feet tall. When she was done with her show she was walking around the floor talking with patrons. As she walked by behind me, someone called her name causing her to turn around quickly and whack - right in the face. All I can say is those that she had were quite hard. Poor girl probably needed a spine replacement eventually.



If it were my wife that was going to do it I'd definitly want to research the doctors, gotta find the best one. Of course, that would mean lots of looking at different models and sizes and such... Probably have to figure out which model feels the best too....

I'd say Yea. Reason is that breasts tend to sag with age. Fix it before it gets there.

seriously, i have four daughters. i wouldnt want them or my wife to ever have inplants because of the potential health problems. if they can't attract the right man with what mother nature gave them they are looking in the wrong places.

Also what Siduri19 said about disfigurement. That is the great exception to my general contempt for cosmetic surgery.

With regards to breast reconstruction surgery, it's like losing a limb and so much in our culture is associated with the breast such as nurturing and sustaining life etc, that reconstruction is necessary. I could go on forever with stories about women who have had reconstruction and the importance of replacing the breast or in some cases both breasts. By the way guys, make sure your wifes, sisters, girlfriends, get their mammograms every year after the age of 35, regardless of whether or not there is a family history. O.K. i'm off my soap box now....sorry got carried away.

Funny thing here, Oh first I prefer more small and perky.

Ok here's the funny thing. Our Neighbor, very good looking, although she was never that chesty.

Well one day last year her husband comes over, mentions he's home taking care of her after "ah ah ah Oral surgery".

Couple of months later she comes over for a party, stacked. Not over done, but noticably compared to before. I didn't connect the dot's at the time.
Although had some ideas since.

Here's the real funny part.

Now they are getting a divorce, he says it's the guys giving her new tits attention. Ok now I know for sure.

But I want to joke him, he's like Alan on 2 1/2 Men, gets his wife a Boob job and doesn't get to play with them.

That's a very sad story...

First: BIs? Nope. Doesn't do anything for me. Been married for over 22 years. First GF, had small ones. She probably "performed" more to "compensate" for the lack of material. I NEVER complained. :cool:

My wife, a few years back had Breast-reduction surgery, due in part to a series of steriod-based shots she had in her right shoulder to treat a tendon-tear in the area. The shots caused massive tissue swelling in her right breast that resulted in a noticeable "imbalance" in her breasts. That was the begining of "self-esteem awareness" and it finally resulted in the BRS. If I remember correctly, they ended up removing approx. 250+ grams of tissue from one breast and the same + an additional 125 grams from the other side to "balance" things out. And, BTW, the Dr. sewed one of her nips back on approx. 90° CCW from the original position! (We had her "marked" up before the surgery and the lines didn't match afterwards!) We laughed about it and even commented that we should have written all over her before the surgery. (It was her idea to write jokes and such, but she changed her mind because she wasn't sure of the Dr.'s sense of humor...) We found out the Dr. had a great sense of humor and would have welcomed any new jokes that would have shown up. If only we knew!

Anyways, to TheDon...the phrase you were shooting for was, "Anything more than a mouthful is a waste." :D At least that's what I grew up with up in the cold Wis. winters. That's probably what I liked most about the first GF. :D

BTW, when it comes to BRS, if you're the better half, the more you're there for HER, the rest will be easier on the ladies. Losing a part of your own personal "identity" isn't anything related to a lost purse and credit cards. With our society being as hung up on looks as it is, convincing a woman that having small breasts (or losing one to cancer) is sometimes a "life or death" decision to that gal.

Use your head when you're talking w/your lady about these things. Otherwise, it's going to be you and Rosie Palm, with four daughters and one ugly step-sister, spending a few months on the couch. :eek:

I HATE fake boobs. Many women who have small breasts are small because their bodies are small, and they have low body fat. Putting big fake breasts on a tiny little woman looks silly, they are out of proportion. It's like any other cosmetic procedure, unless the doc is REALLY good, the result just doesn't look quite right. Unless there is some sort of gross deformity, I can't see messing with what God gave ya.

Chicks with fake tities have self esteem issues, losers with poor money skills. They would be better served taking the $5k and getting therapy.

No amount of silicone can make up for a bad attitude and a good attitude makes you not even care about the boobs.

My bet is it was her idea, low self esteem etc.
Although one of the girls at the roller rink could almost be her twin(before the "ahh ahh Oral Surgery"), the girl at the rink 16 or 17, the neighbors in her late 30s. She's always worked out etc to keep the body in nice shape.

They are a strange couple though, long long story.

I feel sorry for him, and their son. He's still living here at home with them, and spending a lot of time with the kid.

I agree...Sid is the med photog...she could provide before and after pics as well as pics of the procedure itself...would that do the trick for you?

BTW women 35+ aren't "older," they are just coming into their own. Just keep this in mind Snibble...while we guys are at the height of our sexual potency at around 18 - 20, women just start gettig warmed up as they hit 40.

If you are saying that puting D cups on a woman who is 5 foot 2 and weighs 100#, I agree.

I'd spend the 5K on boobs before I wasted it on therapy.

No amount of good attitude can help you fit into a dress if you are 5'8 and flat chested or make you look decent.
